Refund & Digital Delivery Policy

1. Why digital purchases are final

Antithesis Mind products provide immediate access to downloadable or member-only digital content. Because the content cannot be returned once access has been provided, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, nonuse, dissatisfaction, failure to read the description, or failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.

2. Digital delivery

Purchases are processed and delivered through Gumroad. Delivery may occur by email, download link, Gumroad account access, or another method displayed at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder and confirm that you used the correct email address.

3. Delivery problems

If you paid but did not receive access, email iam@antithesismind.com with the purchaser’s name, purchase email, product name, purchase date, and receipt or transaction number. We will make a reasonable effort to restore access or correct a verified delivery problem.

4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or if a purchase was unauthorized. We will review the available records and coordinate with Gumroad when appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Vault subscriptions

Vault subscription charges are nonrefundable. You may manage or cancel a subscription using the method provided by Gumroad. Cancellation stops future renewals according to Gumroad’s processing rules; it does not refund or prorate the current billing period. Access after cancellation is governed by the terms shown in your Gumroad account or at checkout.

6. Product descriptions

Please review the product description, format, price, billing frequency, and requirements before purchasing. Contact us before checkout if you have a question that would affect your decision.

7. Charge disputes

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate delivery, duplication, or account problems. This request does not prevent you from exercising rights provided by your card issuer or applicable law.
