1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use this website, purchase products, or subscribe to a Vault.

2. Educational purpose

Antithesis Mind provides educational, informational, and personal-development resources. The content is not medical care, mental-health treatment, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, employment advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional. Using the website does not create a coach-client, therapist-client, attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

3. Purchases and payment

Products and subscriptions are sold through Gumroad. Prices, billing frequency, included features, and delivery terms displayed at checkout are incorporated into these Terms. You authorize the applicable charges when you complete a purchase. Gumroad may impose additional terms governing checkout, payment processing, accounts, and subscriptions.

4. Digital delivery

Digital products are generally delivered through a download link, account access, email, or another electronic method shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to your purchase account.

5. Refunds and subscriptions

All digital-product and subscription payments are final and nonrefundable except where required by law. Subscription cancellation prevents future renewal charges according to the cancellation process and timing provided through Gumroad. Cancellation does not create a refund, credit, or prorated reimbursement for an existing billing period. See the Refund and Digital Delivery Policy.

6. Personal-use license

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase gives you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the product for your individual, noncommercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, upload, share, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, teach from, modify for resale, or create competing products from our materials without written permission.

7. Opportunity Vaults

Vault listings are curated informational resources, not job offers, agency representation, endorsements, or guarantees. Opportunities may change, close, contain errors, or be controlled by third parties. You are responsible for verifying legitimacy, requirements, deadlines, compensation, contracts, safety, taxes, and suitability before applying, submitting work, traveling, or sharing information.

8. Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, bypass access controls, scrape protected content, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, impersonate another person, use the website unlawfully, or use our content or systems to infringe another person’s rights.

9. Intellectual property

The website, brand, product names, written content, designs, graphics, downloads, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SRC Ltd Co. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

10. Third-party services and links

We may link to or use third-party services, including Gumroad and MailerLite. We do not control their availability, security, content, or policies and are not responsible for losses caused by your use of third-party services.

11. No guarantees

Results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee income, employment, speaking engagements, brand deals, personal transformation, business growth, or any particular result. Examples and testimonials are not promises of what you will experience.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and noninfringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRC Ltd Co. and Antithesis Mind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SRC Ltd Co. harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Maricopa County, Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes and severability

We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
